Meridian is an educational platform built solely to help nursing students prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination. All content — including practice questions, rationales, simulations, and readiness scores — is provided for study and self-assessment purposes only.

Nothing on Meridian constitutes medical, clinical, or professional advice. The content must never be used for clinical decision-making or patient care. Always rely on current clinical guidelines and your institution's protocols when making patient care decisions.

Meridian is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) or any official NCLEX® examination body. “NCLEX” and “NCLEX-RN” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the examination our materials help you prepare for.

Our simulations, scores, and readiness estimates are practice tools modeled on adaptive testing methods. They are approximations and do not predict, promise, or guarantee any particular outcome on the actual NCLEX-RN examination. Passing a Meridian simulation does not guarantee you will pass the real exam, and vice versa. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Meridian offers a free daily usage tier alongside paid access plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Each plan is a one-time payment that grants full access for the stated period — for example, the monthly plan provides 30 days of access. Plans do not automatically renew; when your access period ends, you may purchase again to continue. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the plan fee shown at checkout, in the currency displayed.

Refund policy: We stand behind Meridian with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email hello@meridiannclex.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll make it right — whether that means resolving the issue or issuing a full refund.

We collect only what we need to provide the service: your name and email at registration, and the study activity (answers, scores, and progress) generated as you use Meridian. This information is used to operate your account, personalize your practice, and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. Payment card details are handled by our third-party payment processors and are never stored on our servers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@meridiannclex.com.

You agree to use Meridian for your own personal exam preparation and not to copy, redistribute, resell, or scrape our question bank, rationales, or other content. Accounts found sharing credentials or redistributing content may be suspended.

All content on Meridian — including questions, rationales, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Meridian NCLEX and protected by copyright laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for your own exam preparation while your account is active.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Meridian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian NCLEX, its owners and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of income, or exam failure, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), including its principles of lawful, minimal, and purpose-limited processing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Meridian after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
