Billing, cancellation & refunds
New purchases use Polar, our merchant of record. Monthly renews every month, quarterly every three months, and annual every year until canceled. The listed quarterly and annual amounts are totals for the interval, not monthly installments.
Checkout is in USD. Polar calculates applicable taxes and itemizes the final total before you confirm. Tax may be included or added depending on the checkout tax treatment and your location. Your bank may charge conversion fees.
To cancel, sign in and choose Manage subscription here or on Profile, select your subscription in Polar’s portal, and confirm cancellation. You can also use the portal link in Polar’s emails. A cancellation scheduled for period end keeps paid access until that date. Check your confirmation for the effective date.
Our 30-day full-refund guarantee includes purchase and renewal payments, for any reason, even after using the service. Email hello@meridiannclex.com within 30 days of the payment. Request cancellation too if you want future renewals stopped. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions; full refunds can end the paid access funded by that payment.
